Connection to Natural Rhythms & Environment
Impatience breeds the recurrence of what you fear not happening. Which means, what you feared most often tends to happen. Then, the spirit of ‘letting-go’ is the solution to worries because what you hold tight in your mind is an indication that you are afraid of that, whether it be good or bad.
But once you let go, the Universe establishes the fact that you are good with or without it, hence she has no other option than to give you all that you need because you are good with or without it.
This is the fact about God’s natural order of flow, which brings the fact that God’s created natural order promotes stability. There was a time I worried about everything in life, things involving social, mental, and spiritual existence.
And if you examine my life those days, you could easily tell that nothing was working in my life at that time.
Not until my rude awakening in early 2020 to 2025, when I transformed by his grace and learnt how to let go in any circumstance, and things started flowing naturally.
Which means, I embraced the organic and natural flow of things as concerning the existential nature of the Universe.
Because the bible said: “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
So, it matters much because natural rhythms foster peace and organic flow. What you should know is that aligning with natural cycles, whether circadian rhythms, seasonal changes, or economic cycles, enhances organic stability.
Now, let me leave you with my best secrets when I embraced the spirit of ‘Letting go’.
— Your highest competition should be between you and yourself.
— Do not worry about the government, the society, or what the people will say about you.
Practice these two secrets, and you will thank me later.
Then, to connect with natural rhythms and the environment to introduce the organic stability in your life, there are certain applications needed to achieve this. And such is powerful that it fosters organic flow and reduces resistance, and they are the key to natural equilibrium. Let’s examine them:
a) Tune daily routines to your body clock (sleep, work, rest).
b) Embrace seasonal habits and self-care rituals. (Remember, habits not rooted in God’s principle have no anchor at last).
c) Work with, not against, environmental and situational realities.
Lastly, forget about the government and its delusional principles and focus on letting go.
