In this regard, I would like to revisit some religious beliefs. Though this book is not religious. Let’s use them as insights, because they stem from human belief in the ability of humans to connect to a divine being.
”In Taoism, going against the Tao (the Way) brings imbalance and suffering.
In Christianity, Pride is the “first sin” and the root of rebellion.
In Stoicism, the wise yield to nature and reason; the proud are blind to both.”
In this scenario, we can notice that each tradition points to the same truth.
So, pride that resists the organic flow of things cuts the soul off from its source.
Shame, awareness of the consequences of his sins, and being scared of change are the remaining factors that determine Lucifer’s inability to let go of disorder.
And pride encompasses all. Because when you are proud, it comes out of shame of trying to hide a certain fault.
Knowing the fact that the consequences of your particular misdeed await you breeds some level of arrogance to cover up your pitfalls or loopholes.
With all these consequences and the so-called benefits you may think you’re getting from your current embodiments, here comes the fear of change.
You see, the cure to all these is surrender, not collapse. You have to know that surrender isn’t weakness; it is a higher form of strength.
Surrender doesn’t mean you are becoming passive, but rather:
. You’re aligning with reality,
. You’re listening instead of dictating,
. You’re becoming a vessel, not just a voice.
So, in this context, Lucifer’s pride represents the cosmic metaphor of what happens when the created refuses to remain in a dynamic relationship with the Creator.
Aligning it with our human concept, it shows how the refusal to trust life’s unfolding leads not to empowerment, but to estrangement, bitterness, and fall.
Then, what is the actual way to let go in a world filled with fake orders?
All I have to say is that the result of PRIDE is FALL. And when you fall, you have to learn how to allow yourself to BEND.
Very powerful message you have here for readers. I must say that you are the reason why I’m visiting this awesome website all the time. Thanks, and remain blessed.
Remain blessed Santus. I will keep on doing what is good for humanity.
This is that kind of article that differentiates this forum from others, the true test of knowledge coming out of experience. I love you bro, more grace.
