Core Frameworks for Creating Natural Stability in Your Life

Introducing The Organic Stability

This chapter reminds me of those days when my awakening started in early 2020. I was seeking a way to achieve mental and emotional stability through natural, intrinsic growth and self-regulation, rather than relying on imposed external structures.
Because I was exhausted with what the artificial nature of the society could offer me, which is characterised by toxicities and mental depreciations.

Although I was eager for solutions that would help me connect with my inner self, I had no idea where to find such help. My mind was entangled within the illusory abyss of my mental fog.
Just like Jesus Christ reminded his disciples never to get weary in praying, I was presumably seeking God’s face, even though the flesh posed as the tormentor.

With this internal force, I exhibited so many rare behaviours that made families and friends worry about my mental condition, while at the same time, enemies jubilated over my situation because they were driven by the course of the bodily flesh.

As if to say my abnormal behaviours weren’t enough, the holy spirit directed me to go and live inside the forest. Imagine someone with nothing to make shelter, nothing for food, in fact, nothing for living.

I knew that I was looking for spiritual equilibrium. I obeyed and went into the forest with my friend, and we made a wooden house where we lived for five good years, and things aligned at last.
You see, for the introduction of organic stability to take shape in your life, there must be a core (conceptual) framework or system characterised by natural, self-sustaining equilibrium.

And this conceptual framework is what the Almighty God emphasised when he made it well known in his word in the holy Bible, saying: ‘’I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing.’’ — John 15:5

Then, what are the core (conceptual) frameworks for introducing organic stability in your life?
Organic stability refers to a sustainable, natural equilibrium arising from authentic, gradual growth and adaptation rather than forced or artificial measures. Then let’s examine the frameworks below, which outline essential pillars and principles that allow organic stability to take shape meaningfully and enduringly in personal or professional life.

a) Self-Awareness & Authenticity
b) Gradual, Incremental Growth
c) Resilience Through Adaptation
d) Holistic Balance Across Life Domains
e) Connection to Natural Rhythms & Environment
f) Purpose-Driven Intentionality
g) Sustainable Resource Management
h) Continuous Feedback and Adjustment

How does knowing yourself and being authentic build lasting stability?
Have you ever, for once, asked yourself excruciating questions? Ever gazed at the mirror and ask your second self real questions like: what are my core values, motivations, strengths, and weaknesses?
The Core Idea here is that: True stability starts from within. Understanding your core values, motivations, strengths, and weaknesses is foundational.

And if you have ever had the solemnity of soul and relate to God just like this Bible verse, and say:
“Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts!” — Psalm 139:23

It means that God matters in your life, and he emphasised how we, too, matter in his life by creating us in his own image. So, God is the only organic invitation to stability because he invites deep self-examination, which grounds genuine stability.

Just like his grace is made available to us through various means, lest we all perish.
That is how we have some applications of physical remedies that align with both body and spirit for proper organic stability due to that same grace.
Below are the applications.

The Applications are:
— Practice regular self-reflection (journaling, meditation, feedback)
— Align actions and goals with authentic desires rather than external expectations.
— Recognise and honour natural rhythms—mental, emotional, and physical.

And This is Why It Matters: Authenticity fuels genuine growth, preventing the instability caused by living out of sync with one’s true self.

Is slow growth the fastest way to real stability?
How can you build organic stability when you easily give up on the first trial, or you blame people for all your failures?
For your understanding, there is nothing like failure; it is a word crafted by society (the educational system) to make you look small and have self-demeanour so that they can capitalise on your fears and cage you in the matrix. (Matrix means a cycle of repetition without actually discovering the truth.)

And with such fear, you forgot that organic stability is built through slow, consistent progress, not abrupt or forced change. Its growth emanates from steady and faithful progress.

”For everyone that useth milk is unskillful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe” — Hebrews 5:13.

That is what you become (a Babe) if you are deceived into not using gradual and incremental growth to introduce organic stability in your life. For you are a Babe when you leak the milk of fear, thereby refusing to engage in long and enduring practice in whatever you pursue on Earth.
The Almighty God has already made so much emphasis on this Bible verse when he said: “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.” — Hebrews 5:14

So, to use gradual and incremental growth and introduce organic stability in your life, here are some applications made for your gradual stability from Babe to Adult.
The applications:
a) Set small, achievable goals and milestones.
b) Embrace the process of learning, failure (failure is just feedback), and adaptation.
c) Develop habits that reinforce steady improvement (e.g., daily writing, coding practice, health routines, anything you know how to do well, etc).

The reasons why these applications matter are: stability thrives on sustainable momentum, minimising burnout or collapse from overreach. And maturity and stability come through patient, repeated effort.

Does true stability mean never staying the same?
When I went to live in the forest in early 2020 with my best friend Daniel C.N., People were confused, embarrassed, and some were joyful over the decision.
Some people were intrigued by such decisions, resilience, and adaptation because they were dwelling on the earthly acquisitions. They refused to examine the message, not the messenger.

Many of us will quickly kill the message, leaving the messenger, and still wonder why our lives remain the same. Have you killed the message that led you into this current, ugly condition you find yourself in, for you (the messenger) to escape the route quickly?

Remember, the message is the truth that rings silently inside your mind, reminding you to rejoice in your sufferings, for the fact that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and through this character, hope emanates.

Just like this Bible verse holds this deepest truth when it says:
“Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope.” — Romans 5:3-4
The core Idea here is that: Stability doesn’t mean rigidity, but an ability to adapt naturally to internal and external changes.

So, to be resilient through adaptation for the gradual introduction of organic stability in your life, there are certain practical applications involved.
And the applications are:
a) Cultivate mental flexibility and emotional resilience.
b) Develop problem-solving skills that accommodate change.
c) Build support systems that help navigate life’s fluctuations.
These are essential because organic stability involves dynamic balance, which gives you the ability to flex without breaking.
And you should not forget that moments of trials shape resilience, enabling natural adaptation and lasting stability.

Is Perfect Balance Just an Illusion (myth?)
God is not a religion, and the Bible is not a religious book; rather, it is a guide to finding the solution to whatever you are searching for in your life on Earth.
What am I talking about, in essence, here? If you become too fanatic about religion, it does not mean you are organically balanced. And if you become obsessed with materialism, you are already off-balance.

So stability flourishes when body, mind, spirit, and relationships are all nurtured. This means that true organic stability encompasses multiple aspects of life, including physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. And God had already emphasised it in his prayers when he prayed as follows:
“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, as it goes well with your soul.” — 3 John 1:2

This particular verse suggests that true stability encompasses the whole person, both physically and spiritually.
To introduce organic stability and achieve holistic balance across various life domains, consider the following practical activities to incorporate into your life.

a) Prioritise well-being in all these areas, such as physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual.
b) Avoid compartmentalising (making problems complex); instead, address root causes.
c) Foster nourishing relationships and communities.

And here is why these simple practices matter: Stability is more sustainable when it’s comprehensive, as it prevents imbalance from destabilising one domain and eventually cascading into others.

Have We Lost Our Flow (rhythm) With Nature?
Impatience breeds the recurrence of what you fear not happening. Which means, what you feared most often tends to happen. Then, the spirit of ‘letting-go’ is the solution to worries because what you hold tight in your mind is an indication that you are afraid of that, whether it be good or bad.
But once you let go, the Universe establishes the fact that you are good with or without it, hence she has no other option than to give you all that you need because you are good with or without it.

This is the fact about God’s natural order of flow, which brings the fact that God’s created natural order promotes stability. There was a time I worried about everything in life, things involving social, mental, and spiritual existence.
And if you examine my life those days, you could easily tell that nothing was working in my life at that time.

Not until my rude awakening in early 2020 to 2025, when I transformed by his grace and learnt how to let go in any circumstance, and things started flowing naturally.
Which means, I embraced the organic and natural flow of things as concerning the existential nature of the Universe.

Because the bible said: “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.” — Ecclesiastes 3:1
So, it matters much because natural rhythms foster peace and organic flow. What you should know is that aligning with natural cycles, whether circadian rhythms, seasonal changes, or economic cycles, enhances organic stability.

Now, let me leave you with my best secrets when I embraced the spirit of ‘Letting go’.
— Your highest competition should be between you and yourself.
— Do not worry about the government, the society, or what the people will say about you.
Practice these two secrets, and you will thank me later.

Then, to connect with natural rhythms and the environment to introduce the organic stability in your life, there are certain applications needed to achieve this. And such is powerful that it fosters organic flow and reduces resistance, and they are the key to natural equilibrium. Let’s examine them:

a) Tune daily routines to your body clock (sleep, work, rest).
b) Embrace seasonal habits and self-care rituals. (Remember, habits not rooted in God’s principle have no anchor at last).
c) Work with, not against, environmental and situational realities.
Lastly, forget about the government and its delusional principles and focus on letting go.

Is Chasing Purpose Making Us Lose Ourselves?
Stability rooted in meaningful purpose creates motivation and clarity.
What is your purpose in life? Don’t ask me if I’ve discovered mine, for that is what I’m using to deliver these messages to you. One big problem is to discover it, and another major issue is to work toward it. And one discouraging fact is whether it motivates you and helps clear the fog of confusion.

And if it does motivate you and clears that fog, bam! you are on the right path. But if it weakens your emotion and makes you question where you are going in life, brethren, your confusion has yet another infinite miles to lead you astray.
When not discovered, you are faced with criticism; still, when discovered, you will be faced with rejection. Families and friends will reject you because your pursuit seems contrary to societal norms. Be ready to lose a lot of friends, family, practices, and things that seem comfortable in your comfort zone.

But remember one thing that the Lord made known to us in his holy book, he said, and I quote:
“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.” — Jeremiah 29:11
So the accreditation of mankind does not matter in your purpose-driven intentionality. What matters is to understand that purpose directs focus and steadies life through uncertainty.

Once more, stability rooted in meaningful purpose creates motivation and clarity. To be organically stable through purpose-driven intentionality, below are three core practical applications to apply in your daily living. And they are:
a) Define your life’s or project’s “why.”
b) Ensure actions reflect this purpose.
c) Use purpose as a compass to navigate challenges.
Purpose keeps you steady by connecting you to something bigger than temporary situations.

Can Managing Less Lead To Having More?
Wise stewardship of time, energy, and resources undergirds (support from beneath) stable living.
What do I mean by the statement above? I mean that having a clear purpose keeps you steady beyond temporary problems. Using your time, energy, and resources wisely helps you live a stable life.

Then let me ask you, what have you been dedicating your time, energy, and resources to? Are you one of us who waste their time, resources, and energy watching their fellow human beings struggle in life? Have you gone to the extent of using these three sustainable resources as an avenue to intimidate people?
If all these mentioned above were your ambition for long, I assure you that your organic stability is rooted in failure.

You’ve forgotten that organic stability depends on wisely managing your resources—time, energy, money, attention. But if you seek change as rooted in the heart. There is still an opportunity for you to learn how to manage these resources for a greater purpose in life. And here is what the Lord said about this open opportunity, as I quote:
“Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, making the best use of the time, because the days are evil.” — Ephesians 5:15-16

So, I urge you to use intentional management to prevent depletion and promote sustainability. To achieve organic stability using sustainable resource management, below are three core priorities to watch out for, and they are:
a) Prioritise activities that yield long-term value.
b) Avoid depletion by setting boundaries.
c) Invest in replenishment (rest, learning, creativity).
Take note: Applying the above three priorities will help you prevent burnout and resource exhaustion, which undermine stability.

Is Constant Change The Key To True Stability?
Stability is maintained through ongoing reflection and recalibration.
When you pursue some ventures, and at last it doesn’t work out as expected. What do you refer to as such an occurrence? Do you go about portraying yourself as someone who has failed?
For your information, there is nothing like failure in life; what you just had is an experience, a process that showed you why that particular action could not work, and now you’ve gained the idea and can easily switch to a workable solution through the answers you’ve gotten from what you may call a failure. Failure is nothing but FEEDBACK.

So do not be as simple as you think you are, but be prudent, just like the scripture has taught us to know that:
“The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.” — Proverbs 14:15
Because wisdom involves evaluating and adjusting one’s path continually. So you have to understand that organic stability is a living process, requiring ongoing assessment and recalibration.

Continuous feedback and adjustment are one of the core frameworks for achieving organic stability. And its application requires certain actions in your daily life, and they are:
a) Regularly measure progress toward balance and stability.
b) Solicit feedback from trusted sources (Remember, nothing like failure, only feedback).
c) Be willing to pivot or recalibrate when necessary.
With proper application of these three actions under continuous feedback and adjustment, it will go a long way in ensuring that stability remains relevant and resilient amidst change.
